Dr. Zentz, Dental Risk Control Director for CNA, practiced pharmacy and general dentistry, followed by research and professional affairs positions with a major dental manufacturer. Before joining CNA, Dr. Zentz served on the American Dental Association staff as senior director, ADA Council on Scientific Affairs.
