Dr. Jerry Brown practiced restorative dentistry in Massachusetts and Florida for about 30 years after his graduation from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He founded/owned the Brooker Creek Dental Group in Palm Harbor, FL after moving to Florida in 1991. He is the first dentist to receive the credential of a certified Diabetes Educator, which is highly respected in the medical community. Currently Dr. Brown works with Diabetic patients at the USF Diabetes Center in Tampa, FL where he helped initiate a software program to help these patients improve the management of their chronic disease.
