Dr. Platt is the Ralph W. Phillips Scholar in Dental Materials and the chair of the Department of Biomedical and Applied Sciences at the Indiana Universisty School of Dentistry. After 16 years of full-time clinical practice, he joined the faculty in 2000. Dr. Platt is also the editor of the journal, Operative Dentistry.
