How can I return a product?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you choose to return an item, please call our Member Service Advisors and let us know if you want a replacement, refund or an exchange. Please return items in the original packaging. Include customer name, order number and reason for return. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact our Member Service Advisors immediately for a replacement.
