This is the second in a two-part series on State QuitLines and will inform oral health professionals on how to leverage their tobacco/vaping cessation services. The American Dental Association Council on Advocacy for Access and Prevention presents this course to provide information on state QuitLines as a referral resource for oral health professionals who want to help their patients quit tobacco.

In Part 2, Saving Smiles and Lives: Tools to Integrate Smoking Cessation into Practice, you will hear from the North American Quitline Consortium’s CEO and staff and representatives from two state QuitLines. This session highlights, in detail, the process for referring to QuitLines. Representatives from state QuitLines will share local efforts and resources to help oral health professionals collaborate with QuitLines.
