The Power of Mindfulness – No matter what challenges you face, practicing mindfulness can help restore your natural state of wellbeing. With mindfulness practices, you can discover a stability of mind and lasting contentment, cultivate inner wisdom, and compassion and thrive-even in the face of difficulty.

Nutrition and Sleep for Resilience
– Healthy eating and adequate sleep fosters resilience. The food you eat and the quality and amount of sleep you get each night can support or hinder resilience. Both are critical for good health and recovery from the challenges of daily life.

Mindful movement – (Experiential) Somatic movements to enhance your day and release tension and increase energy.

Wellness Vision: Creating the Life You Want – Assess your own wellness inside and outside of the workplace. Determine the wellness goals you have for yourself, co-workers, patients and loved ones. Chart a pathway toward wellness that is actionable and reasonable.
