Yaara Y. Berdan DDS, MBA
Co-Chair, Department of Endodontics and Periodontics Assistant Professor of Clinical Dentistry; Director, Undergraduate Endodontics, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC
Yaara Berdan received her D.D.S. from the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry UCSF and then completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at Children’s Hospital Boston. After practicing pediatric dentistry for 2 two years, she returned to attended the University of Illinois at Chicago to complete an endodontics residency program. She received her M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business in 2022.
She has lectured locally and nationally on various endodontics topics and was directly involved in the hands-on endodontics continuing education sessions at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. She has written several articles in peer reviewed journal and co-wrote a chapter in Ingle’s Endodontics. She serves on the Educational Affairs Committee of the American Association of Endodontists and serves as Councilor for the ADEA Section pn Endodonics.
