Paula Crum D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Paula Crum is a periodontist in private practice in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in Wisconsin and attended Marquette University in Milwaukee where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene as well as a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She then attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill, NC for her Periodontal specialty education. She received a Certificate in Periodontics as well as a Master of Science degree. Following her residency, she became an Assistant Professor of Periodontics at The Ohio State University School of Dentistry. But after two years back in the Midwest, she decided to return to her home state. She became an associate in a periodontal practice in Green Bay and eventually bought the practice and has been there 37 years. She has served in many leadership roles including Wisconsin Dental Association President in 2021. She has been an alternate and delegate to the ADA House of Delegates for many years. Dr. Crum is currently a member of the ADA Council on Dental Benefit Programs and serves as the Chairperson of the council’s Coding and Transactions Subcommittee.
