Katie Babcock is the State Director of Healthcare Operations at I Am Boundless, Ohio’s largest not-for-profit serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health challenges. She oversees primary care, dental, psychiatry, and speech services, along with nursing care in 22 Intermediate Care Facilities. Katie has led the development of a dental program, integrated behavioral health into primary care, and optimized psychiatry services. She holds a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of South Carolina, a B.A. in Psychology from Ohio State University, and a PMP certification, with expertise in project management and strategic growth.
