Bradley J. Adams PhD, D-ABFA

Dr. Bradley J. Adams, PhD, D-ABFA, is a board-certified forensic anthropologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Anthropology. He is a forensic anthropologist with the Forensic Anthropology Recovery Unit at Washburn University.

Dr. Adams previously served as director of the Forensic Anthropology Unit at the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner, where he oversaw casework across all five boroughs, laboratory operations, scene response, and World Trade Center identification efforts.

He earned a PhD and MA in anthropology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His areas of expertise include commingled human remains, dental identification, skeletal analysis, stature estimation, and postmortem dismemberment.

Dr. Adams is a co-developer of OdontoSearch. He has published extensively in forensic anthropology and forensic odontology and has taught nationally and internationally. His honors include the T. Dale Stewart Award for lifetime achievement and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences Anthropology Section Service Award.
