Ben Youel D.D.S., M.S.

Benjamin Youel, DDS, MS, is an orthodontist and owner of Grayslake Orthodontics in Grayslake, Illinois. He earned his DDS from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society. He completed a General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago before practicing as a general dentist.

Dr. Youel later returned to UIC to complete his orthodontic residency, where he served as class president and earned a Master of Science in Oral Sciences. His research focused on sentiment analysis of social media discussions related to mail-order aligner therapy and traditional orthodontic treatment.

He is an active member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Illinois Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Youel has been featured on the Chicago Dental Society podcast Filling You In and has presented lectures regionally on leadership, personal development, and Phase I orthodontics.

He maintains a private practice in Grayslake, Illinois, and practices part-time in Morton Grove. He volunteers regularly at the Chicago Dental Society Foundation’s free clinic in Wheaton.
