Aparna Ingleshwar, BDS, MPH, PhD, is the Senior Manager of Public Programs and Quality at the Practice Institute. In this role, she supports the Dental Quality Alliance in testing, validating, and advancing oral health quality measures, including leading measure development and maintenance activities, supporting related committees and workgroups, and advancing methodology for performance measure development. In addition, she supports and leads ADA initiatives focused on Medicaid policy and network adequacy, working with state stakeholders and community partners to expand access to care and reduce oral health disparities. Dr. Ingleshwar holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, an MPH from the University of Texas School of Public Health, and a PhD in Oral Science with a focus on Dental Public Health from the University of Iowa.
