Chase has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate and real estate attorney. From April 2006 to April 2010, she acted as in-house legal counsel for a large, publicly-traded real estate company where she reviewed, negotiated and drafted all contracts related to property management, including management agreements, vendor contracts and bank lending documents. Prior to working as in-house counsel, Chase was a corporate attorney with two prominent Chicago law firms, Kirkland & Ellis and Seyfarth Shaw. Her law firm responsibilities included negotiating and drafting corporate and real estate contracts and evaluating the tax risks associated with merger and acquisition transactions. In addition to her law firm experience, Chase co-authored updates to the law treatise “Mergers, Acquisitions and Buyouts” by Martin D. Ginsburg and Jack S. Levin.

Chase has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1995.
